With this post I will be setting up Writerside and see what it can do, how site structure it offers, how customisable it is and could it work as blog engine for me.

With this post I will be setting up Pelican for the first time for blogging. I want to see how templating is working and how sites are built, how paths are defined, and how easy it is to tweak it to my liking.

After some time I decided to start writing blog. Again. Just as a way to document what I learned, what problems I dealt with, and have some sort of portfolio in case I get laid off again. Coincidentally, I found out about Writerside and decided to give it a try and see how it compares to my old setup.
